Texas Tank Pools ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a Dallas-Fort Worth based business offering custom steel stock tank pools, delivery, installation, and related services, operating out of Cleburne, TX 76031.
2. Services
Texas Tank Pools provides stock tank pool products (Classic and Premium, 8ft and 10ft), delivery, professional installation throughout the DFW area, pool equipment, maintenance services, and rental property packages. Lead times vary from 1–2 days to 2–3 weeks depending on the time of year.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Texas Tank Pools. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of order processing. Contact us at texastankpools@gmail.com or 817.899.6904 to discuss your specific situation.
4. Installation & Delivery
We service all of DFW and surrounding areas. Delivery area eligibility is confirmed at time of booking. A standard 120v outlet is required for basic pool models. Heater/chiller units require a licensed electrician to wire 240v after installation. Texas Tank Pools is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions that may affect installation.
5. Permits & HOA Compliance
Most cities do not require a permit for our pools; however, it is the customer's responsibility to verify local permit requirements and obtain any necessary approvals from their HOA or local municipality prior to installation. Texas Tank Pools is not liable for any fines, fees, or required removal resulting from a customer's failure to obtain required permits or approvals.
6. SMS Marketing & Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Texas Tank Pools, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages, including promotional offers, appointment reminders, installation updates, and other marketing communications.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
